Ileni Velikoshi - Director
Ileni is a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia. He obtained his B. Juris and LL B degrees from the University of Namibia. He started his career in law and practice as a Public Prosecutor in 2007 and thereafter a Senior Public Prosecutor in 2009.
He went on to become a presiding officer and served the Lower Courts of Namibia for eleven years in various capacities such as – Senior Magistrate, Principal Magistrate and as a Regional Court Magistrate for five years until he joined private practice in May 2021. Ileni is also privileged to have served as an Acting Judge of the High Court of Namibia, Main Division (Windhoek) in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Further, he served as the Secretary-General of the Magistrates and Judges’ Association of Namibia (MJAN) in 2016 and also as the editor of the Inter Se Newsletter, a quarterly publication of the MJAN for fours years. In 2020, he went through a six-months Pupilage Mentorship Program with the Society of Advocates of Namibia (Namibian Bar) under the mentorship of Advocate Christie van Zyl.
Ileni has attended and completed training on intellectual Property Rights Enforcement and Judicial Professionalism, Advanced Trial Advocacy Skills and the Aspirant Judges’ Training Course, as well as a certificate in Intellectual Property Law, Competition, Contract and Unjustified Enrichment from Stellenbosch University.
Logino Giovanni Goraseb - Associate Legal Practitioner
Logino Goraseb is an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High court of Namibia. In 2020, he earned his LLB from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. In 2021, he began his legal career as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Isaacks & Associates Inc. and in 2022, he joined Ileni Velikoshi Inc. as an Associate Legal Practitioner. In addition, Logino was awarded a certificate in Trial Advocacy Skills by the Pretoria Society of Advocates in 2019. The main areas of interest for Logino are Criminal Law and Procedure, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Practice, and Labour and Employment Law. He is adept in the various other areas of law offered by Ileni Velikoshi Inc.
Grace Nghiishililwa - Candidate Legal Practitioner
Grace Nghiishililwa holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree from the University of Namibia. Prior to joining Ileni Velikoshi Inc. as a Candidate Legal Practitioner, she worked as an intern in the Office of the Prosecutor-General (Oshakati Magistrates & Court) and in the Legal Support and Services Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs Safety and Security. Grace handles cases in the areas of criminal litigation, general civil litigation, family law and labour law. She also assists the firm with research and drafting.
Martha David - Office Administrator
Martha joined Ileni Velikoshi Inc. in 2021. She obtained a Certificate and Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping from the International University of Management (IUM). She has more than two years of experience as a Legal Secretary and is devoted to personal growth and acquiring new skills that enhance her day-to-day responsibilities. She is our Office Administrator, responsible for Office Management, Human Resources, and Finance. She is currently working towards a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Julitta Moller - Legal Secretary
Julitta holds a Higher Diploma in Legal Studies from Triumphant College. She began her career in 2020 as a legal intern at the Okahandja Magistrate & Court. She intends to continue her legal studies at the University of Namibia. Julitta provides legal secretarial and administrative support that contributes to our firm’s efficiency in all operations.
